Beneath the Pyramids

I’ve just written a lens about “Beneath the Pyramids” the new book by Andrew Collins.  I’d just blogged about it on my Old Kingdom blog and found some videos Andew Collins had recorded in which he describes the book and his discovery the Tomb of the Birds, so it made sense to compile a lens while the material was all to hand.  I’ve already got one lens about a book by Andrew Collins, so adding another means the two can be linked.  As my focus on Squidoo (and my main blog) is usually the Valley of the Kings I don’t have much that brings in keywords like Giza, Pyramids etc so this lens was a good addition to my portfolio of Ancient Egypt lenses.  It’s far quicker to write a book lens than a detailed lens about a particular site or king, so they are easy links to add in.  And they do all add up.
